DATACER enables constant monitoring of your sugar bush. Different types of wireless transmitters transmit data via radio waves to an autonomous controller that collects and processes the information 24/7. Get personalized statuses, reports, and alerts in real time:
• vacuum level at the end of the master line;
• water pump pressure (low pressure);
• temperatures at the ends of the lines;
• vacuum level at the extractor
• tank and silo level;
• indoor and outdoor temperature at a pumping station
• vacuum pump/water pump operational status;
• modulation and drainage valve opening.

DATACER is a flight gliding several kilometres above your collection network to provide you with accurate data, all to optimize the airtightness of the maple sap collection network.
This information is critical and can have a significant impact on the profitability of your sugarbush.
Every 1-inch increase in vacuum (inHg) results in approximately 5% more maple sap collected. Needless to say, a 2 inHg increase means 10% more syrup!

The DATACER station also allows for remote manual control of equipment, such as starting/stopping pumps and opening/closing valves.
IN PERFECT CONTROL OF
YOUR PUMPING STATIONS
Pumping stations are the nerve centres of any sugar bush. A breakdown or an overflow very quickly translates into a loss of yield and money.
Avoid these losses by automating the control of your pumping station equipment. With the DATACER station, you will be able to:
• Control the vacuum pump start and stop according to the outdoor temperature.
• Control the water pump start and stop according to the level in the tank.
• Stop the vacuum pump if the moisture trap is triggered.
• Prevent frost and ice plugs by opening and closing the drainage valve according to the outdoor temperature and/or based on the pressure inside the discharge tube.
• Avoid damaging the vacuum pump or filling a vacuum pipe outside the pumping station by closing the vacuum modulation valve if the extractor overflows.
